Check out the companies making headlines before the bell: Digital Bridge — Private equity firms that invest in data centers and other assets soared more than 32% after Bloomberg News reported, citing unnamed sources, that Japan’s SoftBank is in advanced talks to acquire Digital Bridge. Bloomberg reported that the deal could be announced as early as Monday. Nvidia — The chipmaker fell 1%, giving back some of its gains from last week after Nvidia acquired the assets of AI chip startup Groq for about $20 billion in the biggest deal in history, CNBC reported. Nvidia rose 1% on Friday. Praxis Precision Medicines — Shares of the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company rose more than 2% after BTIG called the stock a top stock for 2026 and raised its price target. The new price target has been raised from $507 to $843, implying an upside of more than 213% for the stock. Coupang — The South Korean online retailer rose more than 2% after Coupang offered shopping vouchers worth 1.685 trillion won ($1.17 billion) to customers affected by a privacy breach as part of a compensation plan. Coupang founder Kim Bom apologized for last weekend’s data breach. AXT — AXT fell about 7% after the semiconductor components maker announced Monday that it will issue more than 7 million shares of common stock in an initial public offering.
