ON Semiconductor — The semiconductor supplier fell about 6% after posting fourth-quarter revenue of $1.53 billion, missing the LSEG consensus estimate of $1.54 billion. Meanwhile, adjusted earnings per share came to 64 cents, beating expectations of 62 cents per share. Upwork — Share of the online marketplace for freelancers fell 22% after the company revealed it had 785,000 active clients at the end of 2025, down from 832,000 at the end of the previous year. Upwork also gave current quarter revenue guidance in the range of $192 million to $197 million, below LSEG’s consensus estimate of $201 million. The company’s adjusted profit outlook for the current quarter was also lower than expected. Chegg — The online tutoring company fell 5% after posting adjusted EBITDA of $12.9 million in the fourth quarter. This was down from approximately $37 million in the same period last year. Revenue was $72.7 million, down 49% year-over-year. Aecom — The construction engineering company’s stock rose about 3% after Aecom posted adjusted earnings of $1.29 per share and sales of $1.85 billion in the first quarter. Earnings of $1.17 per share beat analysts surveyed by FactSet’s forecast for sales of $1.76 billion. Cincinnati Financial — The property/casualty insurance company fell 1% despite reporting operating income of $3.37 per share in the fourth quarter, beating the FactSet consensus estimate of $2.90 per share.
