Statewide MLS deploys RealReports’ AI-powered property tools and Taxshot data platform to 6,000 agents, replacing legacy systems with integrated workflows.
State-wide MLS, a multi-listing service operated by the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, announced Tuesday that it has partnered with RealReports to provide its more than 6,000 subscribers with access to a new set of data and AI-powered tools.
Under the agreement, agents will have access to the RealReports platform, the company’s lead generation tool Prospector, and Taxshot, a national tax and public records database.
As part of the rollout, the statewide MLS will replace its existing tax and records provider with Taxshot, giving subscribers access to real estate data across the country along with AI-generated real estate reports within a single platform.
RealReports brings together real estate data from nearly 100 sources into one report, giving agents a comprehensive view of a home, from ownership history and liens to zoning details and climate risks. The platform also includes Aiden, an AI-powered real estate advisor that allows agents to ask real estate questions and get instant answers based on underlying data.
Taxshot allows MLS subscribers across the state to efficiently access tax and public records data across the country. It includes tools that automatically populate property details and MLS fields to help simplify property preparation, property inspections, and customer presentations.
“MLSs are under more pressure than ever to deliver meaningful technology to their members,” RealReports chief operating officer and co-founder Zach Gorman said in a statement. “MLSs across the state have been very thoughtful about how they serve their subscribers, and we’re excited to be able to offer them a modern alternative to traditional taxation while giving them powerful tools to research real estate, generate leads, and better serve their customers.”
In an email to Inman, Gorman added that more MLSs are turning to RealReports and its suite of products to replace fragmented technology stacks with more unified platforms.
California Regional MLS (CRMLS), the nation’s second-largest multiple listing service, recently expanded access to RealReports, joining a broader wave of adoption. MLS Now in Ohio, Doorify MLS in North Carolina and First Multiple Listing Service in Georgia are also partners with the company.
