SERHANT, a holding company based in New York City. Technologies has raised $45 million in its debut equity funding round led by venture capital firm Camber Creek, the companies announced Monday.
Serhant. Technologies owns the subsidiaries SERHANT., SellIt.com and SERHANT. Studios and its new AI workflow platform, S.MPLE.
Venture and growth equity firm Left Lane Capital also participated in this funding round.
Serhant. Technologies will use the funding to continue developing its S.MPLE platform and expand its real estate brokerage, edtech, content creation and media production services.

The company released the S.MPLE platform to all its agents in September, allowing them to create comparative market analyzes, customized newsletters, sales contracts, and more by simply entering property addresses and information into S.MPLE. provided a means to automate tasks such as What materials and tasks do you want to complete?
According to SERHANT, the platform has saved agents more than 5,000 hours since its launch, boasts an NPS score of 97, and is 95% repeatable within five days.
