Join Quad Cities Regional Business Journal on Wednesday, November 6th for the 3rd annual QCBJ Commercial Real Estate Symposium.
The event will be held at Bally’s Quad Cities Casino & Hotel in Rock Island on Wednesday, November 6th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Speakers will discuss current trends in the region’s real estate landscape, including notable real estate deals and new developments, and provide market forecasts.
This symposium is aimed at all business leaders, especially those involved in all areas of the commercial development and real estate industry.
The luncheon program will include an overview of the commercial market from Thad Denhartog, managing broker and principal at Mel Foster Commercial Real Estate Services. Mr. Denhartog also delivered the keynote address at the 2022 and 2023 QCBJ Commercial Real Estate Symposiums.
A trio of experts appears
A member of the Quad-Cities for over 20 years, Mr. Denhartog has been dedicated to the growth of the region by sharing his market knowledge and trading skills to provide a professional level of service to his clients.
There will also be two other speakers at this year’s event.
Travis Deese is an associate director of American multifamily research at CBRE Econometric Advisors. He will speak on “Updates on the U.S. Commercial Real Estate Market: Multifamily and Capital Markets.” Mr. Diess specializes in data-driven storytelling and multifamily investment strategies. His research is regularly cited in media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Newsweek. Ben Keith is regional operations director for MidAmerican Energy Co. in Davenport. We are planning to explain the energy demands of data centers.
