Rechat has been nominated for a 2026 Webby Award, positioning its AI-powered real estate platform alongside top software such as Pinterest and Framer.
Rechat, the AI-powered platform that positions itself as the operating system for real estate agents, has been nominated for the 30th annual Webby Awards, the company announced Tuesday.
The Austin-based company competes in the marketing, analytics, and campaign management apps, software, and immersive sectors, alongside major digital platforms such as Pinterest, LTK, and Framer.
The Webby Awards are widely considered one of the internet’s top honors for digital products. Rechat said the nomination puts it in the top 11 percent of the more than 13,000 entries submitted this year.
Driving redefinition of the proptech stack
Rechat’s proposal is simple but ambitious. Replace the patchwork of disparate tools that agents and intermediaries rely on with a single, integrated platform.
“Ten years ago, we set out to solve a real problem: Real estate agents were paying for 10 to 20 tools that barely communicated with each other,” said Shayan Hamidi, founder and CEO of Rechat. “We didn’t build another point solution or an all-in-one. We built an operating system.
The platform combines marketing design tools, campaign management, analytics, transactional workflows, and an AI assistant called Lucy into one system. The company says its goal is to give agents access to the same level of marketing and data capabilities typically associated with large consumer brands.
This “all-in-one” approach reflects a broader trend in proptech, where vendors increasingly integrate workflows into integrated ecosystems rather than standalone tools.
From CRM to “super app”
Rechat embraces the idea of becoming a “super app” for agents by bundling lead management, communication, and deal tracking into one interface. This concept is commonly associated with consumer platforms.
The company recently expanded its feature set with a new “Flipbook View” designed to transform listing presentations, CMAs, and buyer tours into more immersive, visually-driven experiences.
Audie Chamberlain, the company’s vice president of strategic growth and communications, said the appointment is proof that real estate software can compete beyond its niche.
“Real estate technology deserves to be held to the same standards as the world’s best consumer software,” Chamberlain said. “This nomination is proof that this category exists.”
Proptech platforms compete to own agent workflows
This assessment comes at a time when AI-driven tools are rapidly reshaping how agents manage leads, marketing, and deals. Platforms across the industry are racing to integrate automation, predictive analytics, and conversational interfaces into daily workflows.
Rechat’s positioning, particularly its focus on uncovering “next best actions” rather than just reporting past performance, aligns with the growing emphasis on proactive, AI-driven decision-making in securities technology.
Public voting for the Webby People’s Voice Awards is now open until April 16th, and winners will be announced on April 21st. The awards ceremony will be held on May 11th in New York City.
Whether or not he takes home the trophy, Rechat’s nomination signals something bigger. Proptech companies are increasingly looking to compete not just within real estate, but alongside the broader software ecosystem that shapes how businesses operate.
