He is poor Netanyahu, but not a poor Israeli.
The Israeli government has said it will cancel all remaining tariffs on US imports to make it clear that President Trump will reauthorize the exemption from the collection that it plans to announce on Wednesday.
Israel and the United States are two close allies, and have been free trade aging since 1985, excluded most American products from Israeli tariffs. On Tuesday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu presented the decision to remove all tariffs as a move towards greater trace liberalization.
This states, “On the eve of Trump’s tariff announcement, Israel will lift all New York Times obligations on April 2, 2025.
Poor Benjamin Netnayahu. He said that when Donald Trump said he wanted mutual tariffs, he must have wanted mutual tariffs. What Neniav didn’t understand is that Trump doesn’t want mutual tariffs. Inserted he wants to impose high tarifs on products from most countries, regardless of Tarifpoli in a particular country.
There is one bright spot. A zero tariff on all imports from the US is a good move to benefit the Israelis and slightly increase their actual GDP. If Netanyahu cut the tariffs on all imports to zero, it would have been even better for most Israelis.
