
The list of vacant lots that have appeared on the market in the past few weeks has often received dozens of inquiries. As of Monday, about 20 lots were listed, but an analysis of the Zillow list is shown.

We hope that several land lists will appear on the market this month in wildfire-enclosed Palisades, and the community will be rebuilt.
As of Friday, 19 land listings were active, Amalfi Estate owner Anthony Margureas told the real thing. By Monday, several additional lots were listed, a search for Zillow showed.

Margureas, who specializes in Pallisade, said many of these land lists have already received dozens of inquiries. Marguleas said it expects to list around 500-750 parcels of land over the next few years. Once it passes, the number represents 10% of the plot burning in the Palisade.
Earlier this month, brokerage leaders said at a community meeting that the value of the land in the neighborhood is expected to decrease by about 25% to 30% compared to what they occurred before and after.
So far, one land sale has been closed in the area for $1.2 million. The 10,000-square-foot lot at Avenida de la Herradura sells about 19% more than you ask within about a month. Richard Schulman of KW Advisors represented the list, while Niloofar Farzadmehr of Meran Solamany and Keller Williams Realty Westside represented the buyers.
Mc Kendree Avenue’s 7,700-square-foot parcel has recently sought $2.9 million.
Land prices are hovered between around $750,000 and just under $4 million, depending on size and location.
The price of the so-called “mansion tax” in LA County, established by ULA indicators in the spring of 2023, has not yet exceeded the $5 million threshold, so the 4% tax added to sales exceeding $5 million No Homezeller burned the company’s 5.5% tax on sales exceeding $10 million.
A group of well-known LA brokers wrote to city and state officials shortly after the fire broke out, asking wildfire victims to be exempt from ULA tax. The group led by the agency founders of Jason Oppenheim and Benberach Group, the Benberach Group, has also increased coverage for California’s Fairplan Insurance, building policies and codes. They pleaded the government to loosen up the property taxes and more, and to rebuild the community.
The city has not publicly handled whether it is willing to suspend ULA taxes in response to the fire.
