This November, Inman takes a deep dive into the world of proptech and the state of the startups that are currently building the future. Digital news outlet PropTech Outlook has named the National Association of Realtors’ REACH its 2024 Accelerator of the Year.
“This recognition reinforces REACH’s important role in supporting and accelerating innovation within the real estate and adjacent industries,” NAR’s Nov. 19 press release stated.

REACH provides entrepreneurs with an industry-specific entry point into the increasingly competitive proptech space. A top production agent with an idea, an experienced technologist from an established company, or an outside real estate mover and shaker can help you identify potential catalysts and adoption of your idea when revenue-focused venture capitalists don’t return your voicemails. We are focusing on REACH as a way to achieve this goal.
REACH is active in seven global markets and welcomed 55 new companies to its program in 2024. This shows that real estate continues to have a significant influence on the global economy.
In addition to the two programs in the United States, REACH also serves the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, and Israel.
“Being recognized as the 2024 Accelerator of the Year is a great honor for our company, which has expanded from its first U.S.-based program in 2013 to now operating in seven major markets,” Ashley Stinton, managing partner at NAR REACH, said in a statement. “This highlights the remarkable progress REACH has made to date.” “Furthering a community of more than 250 technology companies, this award celebrates the strong partnerships and collaborative efforts that are transforming real estate around the world.”
REACH announced its 2024 cohort, or group of companies, in April. Inman-reviewed companies Final Offer and Trackxi are joined by Notable, Kukun, Purlin, Scout, Unlock, and Chirpyest.
