Living Vogue Real Estate, an independent luxury broker, has joined Exp Realty’s luxury division in Sarasota, Florida, announced Tuesday.
Living Vogue’s 50 agent team, led by Mark Coppens and Matt Hickey, has earned $150 million in sales over the past year.
Now they bring that approach to Exp Realty, continuing to serve wealthy clients.
Mark Copens | Chairman and Founder of Living Vogue Real Estate
“We’ve always had a gorgeous aesthetic, but we handle everything from multi-million dollar real estate to entry-level homes,” Coppens, chairman and founder of Living Vogue Real Estate, in a statement. It states. “Expury offers even more tools to improve the marketing and client experience.”
Coppens and Hickey said one of the biggest attractions of EXP is that they can focus on growing luxury brands rather than wandering around running their backends.
“We created something special, but the behind-the-scenes work running a brokerage has become overwhelming,” Coppens, chairman and founder of Living Vogue. “With Exp Realty, you can maintain a unique brand and culture while still putting an operational burden on you. It’s the best in both worlds.”
For Exp Realty, adding Living Vogue to the luxury sector is another indication that top independent brokerages are looking for more growth without sacrificing their brand identity.
Leo Pareja | CEO of Exp Realty
“Living Vogue embodies a kind of high-performance, moving forward real estate company that thrives in EXP,” said the CEO of Exp Realty Leo Pareja. “We are excited to welcome Mark, Matt and our talented agents and look forward to helping our brand take our brand to the next level with the power of a global network and cutting-edge technology.”
Living Vogue will continue to operate from its main street location in Sarasota.
