Estate Media, the media company co-founded by luxury Compass agent and Million Dollar Listing LA star Josh Flagg, has launched an exclusive membership program for real estate professionals, the outlet tells Inman.
The program, dubbed ‘Estate Elite’, will include premium content from some of the biggest names in real estate, including Flagg herself, Tracy Tutor, James Harris, David Parnes and Glenda Baker. Subscribers will have access to content such as brand-building tools and a community that supports professional growth, according to a press statement.

“Estate Media is more than just a media company; it’s a hub for real estate agents who want to succeed in this new era of our industry,” Griff O’Brien, CEO and co-founder of Estate Media, said in a statement. “After a successful first year, we are excited to roll out a comprehensive membership that provides first-class resources and connects agents with key voices across the country. It is an important step forward in establishing real estate agents as trusted and influential figures in the market.”
Estate Elite members receive access to educational courses, a handbook for breaking into luxury, twice-weekly live Q&A sessions with experts, networking opportunities, in-person mastermind and panel discussions, and back-office access including CRM and market intelligence. Gain industry insights through discounted access to tools.
The annual membership fee is $1,500 a year, but the company says it’s great value, as members receive access to training courses worth about $1,650 and events worth about $2,000. Those interested in membership can find out more on the Estate Media website.
