Jennifer Garner’s Baby Food Company once announced that it had filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday at the farm. I intend to list my common stock under the pending ticker “OFRM” on the New York Stock Exchange.
The company has increased its six-month revenues as of June 30 by 66%, according to IPO submissions. In its submission, the company admitted that it had a “history of loss.” “We cannot be confident that we will achieve or maintain profitability.”
Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are acting as co-lead underwriters of the proposed offering, the company shares in a statement.
Founded in 2015 by Cassandra Curtis and Ari Raz, Ari Raz sells farms on its farms, according to the website. They founded the company on the mission to provide nutritious and convenient foods to babies before expanding its offering to children of all ages.
The Berkeley-based company sells a variety of refrigerated pouches and oat bars, frozen meals and pantry snacks. All over 115 products are organic, non-GMO, sugar-free, and free of artificial flavors, colours or preservatives, the company said in a statement.
According to its website, 15 packs of bestseller-free dairy-free smoothie variety packs are retailers for $61.50.
Garner, a Golden Globe recipient known for his starring role as Sydney Bristole in the ABC Spy Drama Alias, joined the farm in 2017 as a co-founder.
