Inman launches new findings dashboard tool for Intel subscribers. Explore and analyze data from our January survey of real estate agent and brokerage leaders by region and brokerage type. Track past trends over time.
New tools available only to Intel subscribers make it easier than ever to view Intel Index findings, compare responses by region or broker type, and track historical trends over time.
Interactive dashboards are designed to be used on both mobile screens and desktop browsers. For the best experience on your desktop, we recommend viewing the dashboard in full-screen mode by clicking the “Expand” symbol in the top right corner of the tool.

Select “Agents” to see results for the Intel Index Real Estate Agent track, or switch to “Leaders” to see answers from brokerage leaders.[カレンダー]Select a month from the drop-down tool to view survey questions for that month. This tool defaults to the last completed survey. As you scroll through the survey questions for a selected month, they are categorized into “new questions” introduced in that month’s survey and “recurring questions” asked in previous surveys. Displays a single monthly snapshot graph showing the results for the selected month and question. Activate the Comparison view for each snapshot chart by selecting By Region, By Broker, or For Agents Only By Volume. Agents who report having completed more than 10 transactions in the past year are designated as “Large Agents,” and the remaining agents are marked as “Low Agents” for comparison purposes only. For recurring questions only, track how the answer share has changed over time with a historical trend graph. (The historical trend graph reflects the total response share for each month, regardless of whether comparison view is enabled in the snapshot graph above.)
This tool will be updated monthly going forward and will be the primary way Intel shares the raw results of its research with its subscribers. Additionally, Intel will continue to produce similar regular weekly analyzes of proprietary research and other data relevant to industry decision makers.
Methodology note: This month’s Inman Intel Index study was conducted from January 22nd to February 22nd. As of April 4, 2026, we received 643 responses. The entire Inman reader community was invited to participate, and a rotating selection of randomly selected community members were encouraged to participate via email. Users answered a series of questions about their self-proclaimed niche in the real estate industry, including real estate agents, brokers, financiers, and proptech entrepreneurs. Results reflect the views of our passionate Inman community, but do not necessarily align with the views of the broader real estate industry. This survey is conducted monthly.
