Chloe Chasanoff returns to Brown Harris Stevens after a year away. Mr. Chasanoff, who comes from one of New York City’s most prominent real estate families, works with buyers and sellers in Manhattan and Brooklyn, helping them navigate the luxury neighborhoods and residential buildings in both boroughs.
BHS CEO Beth Friedman said: “We are delighted to have Chloe back.” “Her New York roots, strong market acumen, and commitment to customer service make her a great fit for our culture and a valuable addition to the clients we serve.”
corcoran real estate
Mercedes Saewitz, former senior vice president of operations at LPT Holdings, brought her talents to Corcoran. Mr. Saewitz will be the New York City-based company’s Florida regional vice president, leading the company’s Miami Beach and Surfside offices while also providing regional support to company-owned offices throughout Palm Beach County.
“It has always been important to me to be part of a company that I truly believe in. Corcoran’s core values of integrity, service and market expertise align perfectly with my own,” she said. “…We look forward to empowering our agents and driving innovation in an increasingly global and competitive market.”
remax
Denver-based franchisor REMAX has expanded its footprint in Rhode Island by partnering with HomeSmart Professionals, a six-office company with more than 300 agents throughout the Ocean State. Former REMAX agent Dean de Tonancourt founded the brokerage in 2014 and it currently operates as REMAX Revolution.
“REMAX is very agent-focused,” he said. “The branding, marketing, and tools are all built and designed with agents in mind.”
Thumper
Rental marketplace Zumper has promoted chief revenue officer Shawn Mullahy to CEO as former leader and company co-founder Anthemos Georgiades transitions to chairman of the board. Mr. Mullahy joined Zumper in 2019 after holding executive positions at MySpace NYC, Cloverfield Brokerage Group, RCGNY, and SG2 Properties.
“What excites me most about this moment is the opportunity ahead of us,” Malahy said. “Our team is building solutions that go far beyond traditional markets to help property managers simplify marketing, reach renters more effectively, and turn digital discovery into real rental outcomes.”
