Veralto: eWyse case study
There are several reasons why eWyse stands out. Their proposals demonstrate a deep understanding of instructional design, scalability, and technical implementation. Their ability to tailor content using storytelling, analogies, and a tone that matches our inner voice (informative and engaging) was a huge differentiator. Their flexibility with our evolving needs, including extending course lengths and adjusting the level of interactivity, gave us confidence that they could be a long-term partner. We were very satisfied with the solution. E-learning modules are now the cornerstone of our onboarding and capacity building efforts.
– Nadia Ali, Veralto VESO Manager
Veralto brings together a portfolio of 14 companies leading in essential technology solutions. The company was founded in October 2023 and has more than 17,000 employees worldwide. Their field of work is divided into water quality companies and product quality and innovation companies. The former supports customers in managing and protecting water resources around the world. Product quality and innovation company enables traceability and certification to protect food, medicine and essential goods throughout the supply chain.
With a bold vision to make a lasting positive impact on the world, Veralto, a $5 billion global giant, was founded with a clear purpose: to protect the World’s Most Vital Resources™. This purpose, coupled with the company’s core values, fosters a culture of continuous improvement that is evident in everything Veralto does.
From our initial needs analysis conversations, we quickly realized that Veralto’s unique culture needed to be woven into all of our courses. Reflecting their work environment was not just a preference, it was essential.
Some technical topics made this even more difficult, but we addressed that challenge by embedding a relatable backstory. This approach allowed us to ground complex content in relevant work contexts and ensured that each course reflected Veralto’s positive and inclusive culture of continuous improvement.
–Tamara Tomek, eLearning Production Lead at eWyse
Responsible water management, caring for vital water resources, and ensuring the quality of food and medicine are noble and impactful initiatives. Many lives depend on them, and the environment itself depends on their success as climate change has ever more dire consequences. Innovation and excellence in these fields depends on the expertise of each individual. A strong operational structure is essential to strengthen these efforts and further expand their impact. Being part of a larger whole requires operational excellence.
At Veralto, global expansion presents unique challenges. With 14 operating companies and more than 300 locations around the world, delivering consistently high-quality training to every team member, no matter where they are, has been a challenge.
Why was this important? Because Veralto recognizes that its people are the foundation of its success. With nearly 17,000 employees in more than 60 countries, Veralto intentionally fosters a culture of trust, support, authenticity, and empowerment. All employees are encouraged to bring their unique perspectives and their best selves to work.
Their needs were clear. A partner who can help you transform foundational learning into engaging, accessible, multilingual e-learning modules while adapting to evolving content and meeting demanding schedules. The requirement to localize the course into five languages further increased the risk. Veralto was looking to find a reliable and flexible partner.
eWyse brings more than just a checkbox. eWyse’s personalized approach and seamless fit with Veralto’s culture enabled the two companies to work together on this initiative.
eWyse employs a combination of linear waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies. This hybrid approach allows us to seamlessly adapt to each client’s unique needs and internal dynamics. In addition to course upgrades and development, we needed to have a clear and structured project path, especially when combined with course localization requirements. We believe that a personalized approach and openness to clearly communicate schedules, costs, bottlenecks, and solutions are highly valued in today’s eLearning environment. This is also the case at Veralto and has formed a solid foundation for a valuable partnership in the business.
– Ivana Palaić, eWyse Project Manager
Once the Veralto and eWyse partnership was established, the team went through a series of needs analyzes to determine the best approach for each topic. The main goal was to improve some of the existing trainings and fuse them with the newly created concepts.
From the beginning, our collaboration with eWyse has been characterized by clarity, responsiveness and creativity. During the initial needs analysis, the eWyse team asked the right questions and quickly picked up on content and cultural nuances.

Meanwhile, the Veralto team ensured that small and medium-sized businesses around the world were responsive, stable, and on agreed schedules. Meanwhile, eWyse managed multiple rounds of feedback at each development stage to ensure the translation and narration recording process went smoothly. This allowed us to catch mistakes early and minimize schedule delays and budget overruns.
The training was necessary to ensure that each team member not only received practical training, but also felt included and valued. This is a requirement that is fully consistent with Berart’s culture of inclusivity. This goal was achieved through several key layers.
The first layer of custom course development is the language. All courses are presented on Veralto’s brand, with vocabulary carefully selected to achieve an informative and playful tone. This was extended to a second visual layer, where design and UX elements were carefully selected to provide learners with the unique feel of Veralto, while ensuring that the same design elements served an appropriate purpose and were not merely decorative.
When creating the visual language for our eLearning courses, we paid close attention to creating consistent elements that unify the entire program. At the same time, each course had to be flexible and adaptable to specific topics. Not only that, but we also had future localization in mind, so it needed to be suitable for diverse cultures. Given the highly specialized nature of the operational knowledge involved, we are pleased that this balance has been achieved and we have been able to provide a coherent yet customized learning experience that resonates with each subject.
– Karmela Peček, eWyse Senior Instructional Designer
The third layer of comprehensiveness is the translation of all course materials into five additional languages. Making training materials available in multiple languages allows more employees to develop their knowledge and skill base more effectively. Through this initiative, Veralto recognizes that people are the key to a company’s success, and it clearly demonstrates how much it values its employees.
To meet the company’s global needs, the established curriculum was translated into five additional languages. This effort included extensive language preparation and team management on both sides.
Veralto’s commitment to translation and localization is something we truly value as an e-learning provider. why? Because it perfectly captures the essence of e-learning: making learning accessible. We are exposed to a large amount of learning materials written in English on a daily basis (in our lives in general), but this alone does not guarantee accessibility. When you learn in your native language, understanding feels natural and immediate. Watching each course acquire a new global identity was just as exciting for us as creating the content itself.
– Tea Govedić, eWyse Learning Architect
As a result of the collaboration between Veralto and eWyse, 54 courses were delivered in six different languages in one year. The team was successful in creating e-learning that aligned with Veralto’s culture, brand, and business goals.
As our clients report, thanks to this collaboration, their companies are now:
A scalable multilingual e-learning suite. A consistent learning experience that reflects Veralt’s tone, values and principles. A partner who understands your business and can respond flexibly to your needs. Significantly enhanced capabilities to onboard, train, and empower employees across the region. Free up internal resources to focus on strategic initiatives.
I would also like to focus on the human side of this partnership. Whether running a conference season, juggling multiple SOWs, or planning future webinars, the eWyse team has always been understanding, collaborative, and solutions-oriented. This type of partnership is rare and we are deeply grateful.
