Pamela Liebman, president and CEO of the Corcoran Group, walked into the Hilton New York Midtown on January 22nd before speaking on the state of real estate with a number of industry leaders. That’s what we plan to do.

Ahead of his appearance on Inman Connect New York next week, Mr. Inman caught up with Mr. Liebman via email to glean advice for ICNY newcomers and hear about what’s next for the brokerage in 2025. This is what she had to say.
Inman: How do you think the luxury market will change in 2025?
Mr. Liebman: As we look to 2025, I’m optimistic that the market strength will continue, especially at the high end.
New post-election confidence has already sparked an uptick in activity, with Manhattan reporting 90 contracts worth $5 million or more in November, an 88% increase from a year ago and the third-strongest November in a decade. It was. In addition, new development sales more than tripled compared to last year. We expect this momentum to continue next year.
What will the Corcoran Group do in 2025?
Our affiliate network is poised to experience significant growth in the new year and expand into dynamic new markets domestically and internationally. We are confident that Corcoran will maintain its leadership position, especially in Manhattan, where we are number one. I have been working as a housing broker for the past four years.
