Markham, Ontario-based Living Realty, a team of 550 independent agents, has partnered with Keller Williams to establish the Texas-based firm as its largest Canadian market center, the brokerage says. It was announced on Monday.
Living Realty, a subsidiary of Living Group of Companies, has generated sales of more than $1.1 billion since 2023. The brokerage firm attributes its success to a focus on agent training, superior customer service, and mentoring.

Effective March 3, 2025, Living Realty will officially become KW Living Realty and operate from its headquarters at 8 Steelcase Rd W in Markham, Ontario, as well as five additional branch offices in the Greater Toronto Area.
Living Realty currently serves major markets from Downtown Toronto to Markham, Newmarket to Mississauga, and Pickering to Kitchener-Waterloo.
All 550 agents and 35 staff members will be transitioned to KW.
David Wong serves as the team leader for KW Living Realty Market Center. Previously, he served as Vice President of Living Realty. Mr. Kelvin Wong will assume the role of Operating Principal of KW Living Realty. He has been Living Realty’s Broker of Record since 2016.
After 45 years as an independent brokerage, Living Realty has partnered with KW to enhance service and support for both clients and agents. Specifically, the brokerage will take advantage of KW’s training, technology and global networking opportunities, executives said.
