David Kramer, a top producer and former president of Hilton & Hyland, has left the Beverly Hills boutique firm for Compass, as agencies continue to shift allegiances in the post-settlement situation.
Mr. Kramer and his team have completed more than $1.7 billion in career sales and have $316,725,000 in active publicly traded securities. In conjunction with his move to Compass, Kramer also brings with him the David Kramer Group, a six-person team, Compass said in a press release.

Mr. Kramer cited Compass’ resources and culture as reasons for joining the company.
“This move is about growing my business with a brokerage firm that has a vibrant and innovative vision,” Kramer said in a statement. “Compass has set a new standard in the industry with its expansive reach, collaborative culture, and best-in-class technology. I’m excited to join this dynamic team and contribute to its continued success. .”
Kramer has more than 20 years of industry experience and is consistently a top producer in Los Angeles County, ranked among the top producers in Los Angeles County by The Real Deal and LA Business Journal’s “Influential Leaders: Residential Real Estate Brokers” magazine.
