Federal prosecutors searched Tal Alexander’s luxury Manhattan apartment and discovered a hard drive containing explicit videos, according to a letter sent to Judge Valerie Caproni.
This incriminating evidence alleges that Tal and his brothers, Oren and Aron, raped and sexually assaulted the victims in New York and Miami since at least 2010. It gives new weight to the dozens of accusations he has faced in the past. In 2017, Oren and Aron were accused of raping a minor while in Aspen.
The letter, filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, said multiple photos and videos were seized in a search of Tull’s apartment on Dec. 11, the day her brother was arrested on sex trafficking charges. It is stated that it was done. Law enforcement agencies “depict at least Oren, Aron, and several third parties making recordings or taking photographs with women while in an inebriated and unclothed state.”
The letter goes on to say that in some of the videos, one of the brothers and another unnamed man appear to be attacking the women for sex, even though it was clear that the women “were not acting aggressively.” He explained that he physically manipulated the body of Participate” or “Reject”.
In some videos, conscious women can be seen on tape realizing they are being recorded, then become visibly upset and try to hide from the camera.
“This evidence highlights the depraved nature of defendant’s conduct and the immense danger it poses,” prosecutors argued.
Tull, Oren, and Aron are scheduled to appear in court in the Southern District of New York on Wednesday, January 15, in a new bid for a consolidated bail proposal. Separate bail offers for Tull and Aron were rejected in Florida. Oren did not appear at the bail hearing due to a clerical error in sending documents to New York before attending court in Florida.
Tal Apartments is a rental unit located at 432 Park Avenue in Supertall. At one point, he shared an apartment with Oren, and the hard drive was reportedly discovered in a closet that contained Oren’s belongings. Tal currently shares an apartment with his wife Ariel Kogut.
Oren and Aron are facing federal sex trafficking charges in New York as well as sexual assault charges in Florida.
All three brothers deny the charges.
