How did you choose your first securities company?
I looked for a brokerage that aligned with my values and allowed me to grow, innovate, and effectively serve my community. When that intermediary no longer lived up to my expectations, I decided to start my own company and build a foundation with high standards and a good reputation.
What do you wish more people knew about working in real estate?
It’s not just about selling homes. It’s about solving problems, building trust, and being a consistent source of value for your customers even after the home is sold.
What are five things you want our readers to know about you and your brokerage?
We embrace innovation while being rooted in community values. Giving back is a core principle of how we operate. We’ve built a collaborative team that values growth and collaboration. Our brokerage business grows through customer referrals, a testament to our outstanding service. We believe in empowering others, including clients, agents, and community members.
Tell us about the best moment of your brokerage career. How did you get there?
Becoming President of the local Realtor Association was a proud moment, accomplished through years of dedication to the industry and service to the community.
Tell me about an epic failure you’ve had since becoming a broker. What did you learn?
Early on, I underestimated the importance of having a system in place. I learned that structure and process are key to effectively scaling a business.
Name three people you admire and why?
My parents: Their sacrifices as immigrants provided opportunities for our family that they did not have. Simon Sinek: For inspiring others to understand the importance of “why.” Mother Teresa: For reminding us, “If you want to bring peace to the whole world, go home and love your family.”
What do you wish all agents knew?
Your reputation is your most valuable asset. Please protect it closely.
