Quintin’s eponymous team was previously affiliated with Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices before moving to Keller Williams in 2016. At KW, Quintin Group has expanded its reach to nine offices in New Jersey, two offices in Pennsylvania, and one office in Jupiter. In addition to Quintin Group, Quintin also owns two software companies and a development group, HQ Investments.
EXp Realty CEO Leo Pareja praised Quintin’s move to the brokerage firm and praised his reach in the South Jersey area, which helped him become a member of the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies and Flyers. He has become one of the go-to agents for athletes.
“Jeff Quintin represents the top talent in eXp’s innovation ecosystem. His vision, dedication and proven track record make him a perfect fit for our model,” he said. I did. “We are excited to welcome him and his team as they lead the way in South Jersey and the Philadelphia region.”
Quintin and his team are part of eXp’s bold recruiting and retention strategy, which has led to high-profile brokerages including Real Housewives star Gina Kirschenheiter, and clients in California, Colorado, New York and Maryland. It attracts multi-million dollar teams from Land, Missouri, Florida and Canada.
Wendy Forsythe, EXp chief marketing officer, said the company is focused on hiring experienced agents and leveraging its heritage as the industry’s first cloud-based brokerage firm.
“We’re very focused on attracting production agents and teams,” she told Inman in a previous article. “That means the top tier of the industry. This year, our campaign and slogan has been ‘eXp is where professionals grow.’ This is the backbone of our recruitment efforts, especially considering the market. ”
“Agents are looking for stability and legacy and all of the important fundamentals that a proven model and intermediary like eXp can provide,” she added. “So that was the main focus of our recruiting efforts this year.”
