Caldwell began her career in real estate in 2017 as co-founder of Be One Real Estate in Denver. He joined Compass in 2019 and is the most sought-after agent among luxury buyers and sellers in Colorado’s major mountain communities, including Breckenridge, Winter Park, Granby, Vail, Crested Butte, and Telluride. I became one of them.
Caldwell also founded the Apollo Group, which has more than 30 agents serving clients in the Denver, Greenwood Village, Aurora, Centennial, Lone Tree, and Boulder, Colorado markets.
