After more than five years of partnership with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Robert Paul Properties, Erin Hovan and Hoban Property Group have joined Compass, Hovan announced Monday.
Hoban Property Group serves buyers and sellers in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, where Hoban holds a valid license.

Since starting his career in real estate in 2016, Hoban has earned a reputation for exceeding his clients’ expectations when it comes to buying, selling, and investing in homes. At Compass, Hovan Property Group plans to leverage the same dedication and drive to achieve unparalleled results for our clients.
Prior to joining Robert Paul Properties, Hovan worked as a Realtor and Certified Home Staging Professional (ASP) at Millbury and Company. Early in her career, she gained experience as a software developer, PMI certified project manager, and server/network administrator.
Hoban aims to leverage Compass’s resources, including technology, referral networks and marketing, while leveraging his knowledge of Southeastern Massachusetts to provide exceptional real estate services.
Hovan earned a graduate certificate in real estate investing from Harvard University Extension School in 2023, according to his real estate agent profile. She also holds several certifications, including Luxury Collection Specialist, Seller Representation Specialist (SRS), and Resort and Second Home Real Estate Specialist (RSPS).
Beyond her career in real estate, Hoban serves her community as a board member of the University of New Bedford Women’s Center and serves on the advisory board of the Women’s Leadership Program at the University of Vermont’s Grossman School of Business.
She is also actively involved in various professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Real Estate Appraisal Committee, the Southeastern Massachusetts Association of Realtors (RASEM) Board of Directors and the Government Affairs Committee.
Compass continues its growth momentum, recently welcoming Tracy Tutor and her 18-person team, Julie Pham of Corcoran Groups, and David Kramer, president of Hilton & Hyland.
