Meet the guests
Dr. Keith Keating is the Chief Learning Officer of BDO Canada and the Academic Director of the University of Pennsylvania’s Chief Learning Officer (CLO) PhD program. He is the author of the award-winning L&D Practitioner’s Guide, The Trusted Learning Advisor, and Hidden Value: How to Uncover the Impact of Organizational Learning. Dr. Jerry Zandstra is Ingenuity’s Advanced Study Director. Dr. Zandstra has received two masters and two doctoral degrees, and has been involved in the study, training and development space for over 30 years.
