“Robert [Reffkin’s] “The mission of building a company that uplifts everyone within its trajectory resonates deeply with me,” Pham said in a prepared statement Saturday. “I am excited to be part of an innovative company that is shaping the future of our industry.”
Pham began her career in real estate in 2005 after earning a master’s degree in film studies from Columbia University.
During his time at Corcoran, Pham owned 100 Eleventh Avenue, 505 West 19th, 200 Eleventh Avenue, 559 West 23rd, 245 10th, 524 West 19th, 447 West 18th, 520 West 28th, 173 McDougall, 45 East 22nd, 447 West 18th, 520 West 28th, 15 Hudson Yards, 35 Hudson Yards.
Pham achieved sales of $47 million in 2023, making it one of the top 50 brokers in New York City based on sales.
Pham’s performance has earned her multiple awards, including the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) 2006 Manhattan Newcomer of the Year and Chelsea Salesperson of the Year awards, as well as selection to the Corcoran’s President’s Council.
Former Corcoran broker Angela Remigio has joined the Compass fam and together they have created the Julie Fam team. The team will focus on serving technology and finance executives, real estate investors, and international buyers across New York, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Europe, and the Middle East.
“After 20 years in New York real estate, I have watched the market evolve along with the people who drive it,” Pham said. “Today, buyers and sellers are more diverse, knowledgeable, and globally connected than ever before. But one thing remains the same: career opportunities, cultural vibrancy, unparalleled intellectual New York City’s enduring appeal as an energy hub.”
“With limited new development and tight supply due to zoning constraints, prices in the city are likely to trend higher in the long term, making it one of the most resilient real estate markets in the world. I think it will strengthen our position,” she added.
Pham’s move to Compass includes former Hilton & Hyland president David Kramer, former The Agency agent Daniel Bratman, former official agent Jared Schwadron, and Arizona’s 200-strong North・This is based on the securities company’s strong recruitment efforts, including the & Company team.
As brokerage consolidation accelerates, Rory Gorod, Compass’ SVP of Growth and Communications, spoke to Inman in October about brokerage recruitment strategies that leverage the strength of a multibillion-dollar technology platform and growing ecosystem. I told Mr.
“We are currently experiencing very strong internal growth,” he said. “…I think the question is, why are we seeing organic growth now? One, it’s amazing that we’ve spent the last 10 years and over $1.5 billion building this amazing technology platform. I think I was very lucky.”
“This, along with being the number one brokerage by sales, having one of the most active referral networks in the real estate industry, and the services we offer “I think we were able to make this incredible difference between the competitors,” he added.
