The Central Intelligence Agency has achieved, in many respects, the opposition to the purpose it was established. Insertad, which enhances US safety, has pulled it apart. The CIA is a permanent government operating away from the democratic machinery in the United States, and is a key component of action against policies characterized by ruthless actions aimed at maintaining US global hegemony. Along the way, the CIA poisoned the public’s trust in the integrity of government agencies by permanently using plausible negativity tools to hide its dirty work. Bribery, torture, assassinations, coups and local wars are all under an increasingly dim veil of denial. We explain how this malignant practice has evolved.
1947- The CIA was born
The CIA was prepared in the founding document of the US National Security State in 1947. Originally intended to be an intelligence reporting agency and coordinating body, the CIA was assigned tasks related to missions related to intelligence reporting affecting national security, as the National Security Council sometimes exerts directly. “This small foundation builds a huge December structure. These “other functions and obligations” were explained in 1955 in the NSC 10/2-Secret Operations Directive. The cover operation was defined as follows:
As used in this directive, “Operation Covered” is understood to be all activities (except for this specification) that this Government teaches or sponsors against hostile foreign and groups, or that the US Government’s responsibility towards them is not apparent to the unfair person, and the US Government could more clearly escape any responsibility for them.
“Plausible” means that the CIA was to leave, not proof that it has returned to its US accounts. NSC 10/2 avoids repeated abuse on its list of cover action and abolishing it.
Many of these hidden operations have had terrible consequences, Offen has resulted in the bloody installation of repressive regimes, and CIA participation can usually be plausibly denied in short-term, leaked and subsequent decisive actions.
In 1975, Congress investigated the CIA to curb secret activities that had spill over US citizen spies. The Church Committee held a hearing that led President Ford to issue an order banning assassination. The Congressional Committee had established it to oversee the operation of the CIA, although there was no practical means to curb the activities of the CIA.
The CIA’s council oversight was significantly weakened, especially in the first decade after the 9/11 attacks, in 2001. This shift was driven by a combination of national security panic, overreach of enforcement, broadening of secrecy and political respect. Acrylic terrorists who have allowed a 2001 permit drone strike to use military force and cover deadly operations have targeted them overseas, effectively overturning the ban on assassination. The CIA quickly had its own drone force, regularly killing individuals designated as terrorists. The CIA also registered for secret torture of prisoners during the “war on terrorism.”
Today, the CIA continues to broadcast its rudeness to hide its activities. Classified Presidential Litigation Directives sanctioning cover services are not accessible to the public, and non-speculative denials continue to be issued. Most recently, President Trump denied US support for Ukrainian drone strikes against Russia, causing it to be destroyed by the number of military aircraft. However, many reported observers argue that the strike is not driving without the knowledge of the CIA.
Nord Stream Sabotage
Perhaps the most spectacular recent example of recent times was the destruction of the Nodestream gas pipeline.
Below is a Bayesian analysis that assesses the likelihood that the US is responsible for the destruction of its node stream pipeline. The analysis is based on previous probability and three sets of evidence factors. 1) measures/motivations/opportunities, 2) lack of research disclosure, 3) to whistleblower revelation. Posterior probability is calculated using the Bayesian theorem.

The prior probability of US responsibility is low, and is about 40% based on the nature of the UN’s respect for US attacks on the infrastructure of European allies. If additional factors in the US mean that motives, motivations and transport will be added to the calculation, the probability increases to 54%. Adding the incomplete and unfinished research factors of sabotage behaviour gives you a 76% chance. Finally, adding Seymour Hersh disclosure from the inner source gives us a total probability of 91.8% of US liability. While any of the first factors can be controversial, they collectively create overwhelming cases. Given this context of evidence and the official US policy that secret actions must be denied, the denial of US liability for sabotage of the Nodal Stream Pipeline is unworthy.
Most people don’t formalize Aply Bayesian Logic, but the human mind determines probability based on cumulative information. This is why decisions in civil law are the superiority of evidence and not a lack of reasonable doubt. The willingness of civil servants, the media, and ordinary individuals to view the US negativity of the node stream pipeline attack as “plausible” indicates that it is “plausible” in the face of substantial opposition evidence.
As for the actions of Kernustin in our government, the United States has become an empire of falsehoods. Protected by public acquiescence to false narratives and cover-up of dirty work, the CIA grew from an intelligence reporting agency that approves fraudulent agencies, activist bribery, torture, assassinations and government approval.
Truman’s regrets
In 1963, President Truman publicly admitted that the CIA he created had become a monster with a license to kill. I said he said in the Washington Post.

As a nation, we respect the ability to respect the free institutions, to free society and to open society. They are subject to the CIA Hene features that are casting shadows on our historical location, and we feel that we need to fix it.
Conclusion
Since 1955, the use of plausible negativity in US secret actions has significantly eroded public confidence in government. The United States has repeatedly been enraged at operations that contradicted the official stories of 11 people and violated ethical norms by protecting parents from accountability through secrets, donaptions, and the existence of secrets, through lack of secrets, dos, and explained school enrollment. From the role of the CIA in the Iranian-Chile coup to secret support for foreign wars surrounded by torture and assassination, you have contributed to the growing perception that the operators of the US government have been exonerated by the veil of national security. It promotes this dynamic irony, weakens democratic legitimacy, deepens the gap between formal rhetoric and current action, making it increasingly difficult for citizens to identify truths from strategic manipulation.
A plausible denial scholarship is that it is not necessarily rational or fair, but that the government’s US secrets were not designed to meet the standards of evidence of citizen justice or norms of morality. The structure we call the deep state was designed to focus the power of the hands of ruthless individuals who play an international power game completely ignoring democracy and the rule of law. The result is a dual-track culture of accountability, where ordinary people face laws and national security elites manage optics. People in the deep state are drunk by them to ignore the norms of society, and this puts them in danger to all of us. When this danger cannot bear it, reform may dream. Until then, the incredible negativity of the ugly US government’s actions will remain the heathens of the nation.
