Elegant and recently renovated century-renovated Brownstone in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, created a new record of the most expensive townhouse with no parking lots that sold for $13 million in an intimate area.

Located on intimate Single Block Street, Brownstone spans 5,200 square feet on the sixth floor and includes four bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The formal living and dining rooms and the chef’s kitchen are located on the parlour level of the home. The kitchen features high-end touches such as the Ondurare Fantastico Marble countertop, elite appliances from Lacanche and Sub-Zero, and breakfast corners with windows.
The second and third levels, accessible via the restored original stairs, house the primary bedroom suite, home office, laundry room and two private bedrooms. The bathrooms of the primary suite feature wet rooms with Karacata gold marble walls and floors, water supplies, a rainfall shower and a window with a freestanding Penhaglion tub.
Light burrows can be found at the fourth level, which also has access to the terrace of the house. The level also features a minibar and bathroom, which is interesting and suitable for fun, the list description says.
Meanwhile, the garden level has a mudroom, guest suites and media rooms with wet bars. This level has its own entrance and access to the property’s backyard.
Low levels include a gym, storage area and a walnut wine cellar. Other highlights include two custom built, equally-built gas fireplaces, a high-tech security system and the new Windows.
Only two other townhouses in Cobble Hill were on sale for over $13 million, both of which included parking. One of them was a renovated four-storey carriage house at 177 Pacific Street, which sold for $16 million in 2015.
The historic residential area is known as one of Brooklyn’s most rigged enclaves and features well-preserved 19th-century brownstones, townhomes and Bo-al-Arts mansions. Cafes, boutiques and restaurants also line up Line Court Street, one of the main strips in the neighborhood.
Celebrities like Daniel Craig, Rachel Weisse and Norah Jones are known to call picturesque neighborhood homes.
The Brooklyn market has been struggling with activities so far in 2025, with all new signing cooperative contracts increasing by about 73% per year as of January, and new condominiums increasing by about 80%, with three people starting in the first century The family has signed a contract.
