Portland, Maine, October 2, 2025 – BW Walch, a leading provider of innovative mathematics solutions, announced today that its educational materials have been officially adopted by the New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) and adopted multiple lists of mathematics in 2025 state state lists. This designation makes BW Walch a priority provider of high quality educational materials (HQIM) for schools and districts in New Mexico.
Following a rigorous review process at the Institute for Review in the summer of 2025, New Mexico educators rated more than 130 mathematical titles for state academic standards, evidence of validity, and adjustments to cultural and linguistic relevance. BW Walch submitted three titles for consideration, all of which were recommended for recruitment with a strong score.

The New Mexico adoption process will only allow educational materials that meet the state’s highest standards of quality and effectiveness to be available in the district.
