How did you start with real estate?
My real estate was introduced through my family. With a constructor on both sides of my family, I started my career at a young age, participating in various construction and general contracts.
I didn’t intend to pursue real estate as a career, and I was most interested in high school and university laws. While I was in college, I got a real estate license with the advice of a mentor who became my real estate mentor. This is the best advice I have received so far, and today I can still have the ability to work with my mentor, an agent of our securities company is.
How did you choose a broker?
My wife and business partner Rachel considered a variety of affiliation when we were choosing a luxury brand we would bring to the market. You can choose from many good brands, but our cooperation with Christie’s international real estate was definitely the right way for us.
I was looking for a perfect fusion of global reach, amazing tradition, and industry -leading technology integration. A few years ago, after drinking a 30 -minute coffee in Chicago with Natalie Hamblick and Sad Won, it changed to a few hours of meeting, but the most important work for us is the perfect match. Was obvious.
The Northstar of our company (culture) is the most valuable assets for reputation, agent, industry, and willingness to promote the entire table and nationwide partners.
Please tell us about the high points of your brokerage career
The highest point in my securities company was one of the lowest points. In early 2024, one of our most spawning agents had a sudden medical emergency and was hospitalized for several months. It is the biggest fear of all agents.
Over the night they were unable to work, and in medical specialists’ advice, they could not communicate with their clients for a while while they were healed. Without notice, they were hospitalized and could not communicate.
Within a few hours, our other agents took over 31 transactions and rescued them with customers without seeking anything in return. They just wanted to support their colleagues and friends.
Being able to support one of ourselves, and having the mentality of Christie’s international real estate blue glass customers is the responsibility of the entire company reflects the accurate culture we promote every day. Masu.
What are your best hints for just licensed brokers?
It is very important to enter a business first, organize the practice, and receive a mentorship from an experienced agent. By the time you build your business, it is very painful to return to your efficiency and habit and reconsider. If you can show how to create and create your own accountability for yourself, you will be ahead of the game if you can match a very organized, very successful agent.
We also recommend Jesus for all meetings of the first year in business. We recommend that you not only recognize your new occupation, but also to make sure you are not only aware of your new occupation, but also how serious you are. If the mentor is successful, the auxiliary business partner wants your time (lender, title company, insurance, etc.).
In the future, it will be more difficult to attend all of these meetings, but as a new agent, it is as important to be more intimate as a variety of products that market clients and operators are available.
What are your biggest predictions in the future?
The average geographic coverage continues to grow (agents mean that they are confident in traveling for business), and their luxurious real estate is 2025 Exceeds the traditional market.
