The Justice Department on Friday released a trove of documents related to Epstein, one of which describes multiple rape allegations at Epstein’s parties.
Documents released Friday by the U.S. Department of Justice detail a rape case allegedly committed by brothers Tal, Oren and Aron Alexander, who went on trial this week.
This allegation is mentioned in a collection of over 3 million documents. The document also mentions a number of other public figures, including President Trump, Bill Clinton, Elon Musk, and Jamie Foxx. The Alexanders’ misconduct is outlined in an August 2025 email in which all three brothers are mentioned in connection with a rape at Epstein’s party.
“When the whistleblower was 16 years old and a model, she attended eight parties at Epstein’s mansion in New York,” the complaint states. “On one occasion, a caller reported being sexually assaulted by Epstein, and on another occasion, their twin brother Allen was with them. [sic] Oren then lured the caller and his friend upstairs, but they fled back downstairs. The caller said Oren had raped his best friend and that his third brother, Tal, had raped a 14-year-old girl named Katie LNU. Kohler named others who attended “orgies” with her, other young girls, and older Victoria’s Secret models, including Bill Clinton and Donald Trump.
The spreadsheet also notes that the names listed as Allen, Oren, and Tal “may be the Alexander brothers.” “Allen” seems to be a misspelling of Aron.
The document also details multiple rape allegations against President Trump, including one person who claims, “I was 13 years old when Donald J. Trump raped me. Ghislaine Maxwell was also present.”
Another name associated with the Alexander brothers that appeared in the Mail was recording artist Sir Ivan Wilzig, who owned a house in the Hamptons known as “Sir Ivan’s Castle,” where Wilzig was known to host large parties. Kate Whiteman, one of the brothers’ first alleged victims, who recently passed away, named Mr. Wilzig as another defendant in the lawsuit against Mr. Aron and Mr. Oren. Whiteman alleged that Wilzig was at fault for the party at his home and that the twins “sexually assaulted, abused, raped, pinned down, groped, harassed, hit and fondled” her.
The brothers were also named in two FBI news summaries emailed to undisclosed recipients in May 2025, which listed growing allegations against them and where to report them.
Epstein’s file also includes a photo of Oren. In the photo, Oren puts his arm around the waists of two women whose faces have been edited out at an event at the Watermill Center in Watermill, New York, in 2015.
In addition to the Alexanders, some emails included in the new Epstein files name former Douglas Elliman CEO Howard Lorber. In a letter sent by angel investor David Mitchell to Leslie Groff, Epstein’s longtime executive assistant, in connection with the identification of banker Arianne de Rothschild, Mitchell wrote, “I am going to call Howard Lorber and ask if he is OK with the JEE.”
Before he resigned from Douglas Elliman, Mr. Lorber came under scrutiny for his seemingly close relationship with the Alexander family when they were the firm’s top brokers. Mr. Lorber also came under intense scrutiny for his romantic relationship with a Douglas Elliman broker.
Updates from week 1 of trial
The start of the Alexander brothers’ trial this week was delayed by a day due to the snowstorm that hit much of the East Coast last weekend. Accordingly, opening statements were made by both sides on Tuesday, followed by testimony and cross-examination of the alleged victims on Wednesday and Thursday. Testimony from another woman who said Oren raped her when she was a 17-year-old minor is expected to be released on Monday morning.
On Wednesday, a woman testifying under the pseudonym Katie Moore claimed that Aron drugged and raped her in the apartment she shared with Tal after attending an NBA Finals watch party at actor Zac Efron’s Manhattan penthouse in 2012. The defense questioned Moore about why he did not report the incident to law enforcement until 2024. Moore responded that he saw news of the charges against his brother and realized by then that the case was “bigger than me.”
Another woman, using the pseudonym Maya Miller, also testified this week that Tal followed her to the bathroom while a group of friends were staying at her Hamptons home in 2014. Miller said Tal raped her in the shower. The defense disputed Miller’s portrayal of the episode by pointing out that a text message Miller sent to Tal after the weekend said it was “awesome.” But Miller said that was an excuse because he was in “survival mode.”
Separate from the Alexanders’ case, a new lawsuit filed on January 22 alleges that a Miami nightclub called Basement enabled the brothers’ nefarious acts, the Miami Herald reported. Tiffany Marina Rodriguez alleges that in 2016, Oren and Aron Alexander led her to a VIP section of a basement where the “best-looking” and “drunkest” women waited, drugged her and then raped her brothers. According to the complaint, employees reported to managers that four women claimed to have been drugged and raped by the brothers on three different occasions, but their bad behavior was allowed to continue.
The suit also names as defendants Shlomi and Ollie Alexander (the brothers’ parents), former Douglas Elliman CEO Howard Lorber, Marriott International, The Miami Beach Edition, Basement Miami, Kent Security Services (of which Aron was a director), and Douglas Elliman.
