Luxury company The Agency is expanding its ancillary services through a partnership with title and escrow service provider Langdon Title. The two companies have teamed up to form a partner title agency, EastWest Abstract, the companies told Inman.

The partnership will provide New York-based The Agency’s clients and real estate professionals with a more streamlined, full-service experience and improve transaction efficiency, the company said.
