Luxury Presence has surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue. The Austin-based real estate technology company says less than 2% of venture-backed software companies have made it this far.

The company currently serves more than 100,000 agents across approximately 20,000 real estate businesses and owns 30% of The Wall Street Journal | RealTrends’ top agents and teams run their businesses on the platform. According to the company, agents on the Presence platform grow six times faster and close approximately three times more deals than other agents in the same market.
Malte Kramer | Luxurious presence
“Ten years is a long time to work on something. It takes a lot of blood, sweat and tears to build a company,” founder and CEO Marte Kramer told Inman. “We believe that real estate agents and brokers need really good, really innovative technology now more than ever.”
10 years of efforts
Kramer founded Luxury Presence in 2016 after working with some of Los Angeles’ top residential agents, including Coldwell Banker’s Jade Mills. He said the catalyst was the fragmentation of real estate technology, where real estate agents are combining more than a dozen separate tools to run their businesses.
The company started as a website builder and over the past decade has expanded into a complete growth platform covering marketing, advertising, customer relationship management, and homeowner engagement. In May, Luxury Presence announced the company’s most significant product release ever, the Presence Platform, which consolidates these capabilities into a single AI-powered system.
“This milestone belongs to our client,” Kramer said in a statement. “They have pushed us, challenged us and shaped every part of what we have built.”

Byron Dieter | Bessemer Venture Partners
This milestone follows a $37 million funding round in January led by Bessemer Venture Partners, and marks the third time the company has led a round for Luxury Presence. Bessemer partner Byron Dieter is a member of the firm’s board of directors.
“Less than 2% of venture-backed software companies reach this milestone,” Dieter said in a statement. “What is most exciting about our future trajectory is the pace at which high-performing agents and brokerages are joining the Presence platform.”
Since the beginning of 2025, Luxury Presence has grown its AI product and engineering teams by more than 300% and is now deploying new features into production five times faster than 12 months ago. The company plans to invest more than $10 million in AI infrastructure over the next year.
Jesse Pedersen | Luxurious presence
“We’ve reimagined the way this company builds software,” said Jesse Pederson, Luxury Presence’s chief technology officer. “The Presence platform is currently being continuously improved for each client, using performance data to adapt to their market, voice and unique business.”
Who is growing on the platform?
Noble Black is a leader in the Corcoran team, one of New York City’s top-ranked luxury brokers and No. 2 nationally ranked, and has been a client of the firm’s luxury presence since its inception.

“Today’s most successful agents understand that brand, technology and customer relationships all need to work seamlessly together,” Black said in a statement. “Luxury Presence recognized that change early on and built a platform around it.”
Mr. Kramer said the company’s 10 years in business reflects an intentional approach to product development based on customer feedback.
“Product strategy always starts with the customer,” he told Inman. “I talk to customers every week and listen to sales demos every week. We exist to provide that.”
