Zagreb, Croatia, May 5, 2026 — Strategic e-learning partner eWyse and Global Health Advocacy Incubator (GHAI) have been named official finalists in the Health, Medical, Pharmaceutical and Social Care category of the 2026 Learning Excellence Awards. This recognition was celebrated at an awards ceremony in London on April 28, and it is an honor to be among the outstanding organizations competing this year, and reflects the meaningful work GHAI does every day to advance public health policy around the world.
Turning 25 years of expertise into a global learning program
GHAI supports civil society organizations and advocates in more than 40 countries to pass public health policies that save lives. To expand its mission, it needed to transform its rich library of guides, templates, and case studies into dynamic, interactive e-learning experiences that were accessible to learners ranging from grassroots organizers to multilevel public health professionals, often working in low-bandwidth environments.
eWyse stepped in as a strategic partner to make that transformation a reality. The result was five interactive modules delivered in three languages (English, Latin American Spanish, and African French) and 27 downloadable tools embedded directly into real-world, immediately applicable learning experiences. The complete program is detailed in the complete GHAI case study.
Managed by eWyse 3C framework
Managing this multilingual, multiregional expansion of complexity required more than good instructional design. eWyse applied its proprietary 3C framework to manage the entire project from concept to delivery.
Creative Clarity – Cultural authenticity was prioritized every step of the way, from localized narration featuring African, Indian, Latin American, and Afro-French voices to UX decisions that reflected the actual connectivity constraints of our target audience. A structured process – A clear delivery model kept the project on track, converting the dense source material into five coherent modules with no deviations in scope and delivered on schedule in September 2025. Financial Management – Predictable execution has enabled GHAI to effectively scale its impact, leading to a 100% learner recommendation rate and expansion into new modules of the program.
This governance approach gave GHAI the confidence to scale and the results that justified it.
The result of speaking
Since its inception on GHAI’s HATCH platform, the program has been widely disseminated to civil society organizations in low- and middle-income countries. Learner feedback has been excellent, with 85.7% rating the overall quality as ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’, 100% rating the content as ‘very useful’ or ‘very useful’, and 100% would recommend the program to a colleague. GHAI’s response was to immediately commission additional modules covering communications and media advocacy.
