Through this partnership, Prosperity Home Mortgage will make Foyer’s homebuyer savings tools available as a resource for prospective first-time homebuyers.
Mortgage company Prosperity Home Mortgage has partnered with Feuer, a savings platform for first-time homebuyers, to help potential homeowners save for a down payment, the companies announced Thursday.
Prosperity Home Mortgage is a subsidiary of HomeServices of America and operates in 49 jurisdictions.
Through this partnership, Prosperity Home Mortgage will make Foyer’s premium subscription available as a resource for first-time homebuyers. Tools included in the subscription include a guided savings plan, education on the homebuying process, credit-specific education, and a 6% down payment equal to the down payment for qualified buyers.
Foyer is designed for consumers who are about six months or more away from buying a home and helps them prepare for the homebuying process through education, a structured guide to achieving their goals, access to live advisors, and tools to match them with agents and lenders with first-time homebuying experience.
Randy Liu | Foyer
“The path to homeownership is no longer linear and it certainly doesn’t start with pre-approval,” Feuer founder Randy Liu said in a statement. “This partnership with Prosperity reflects our shared belief that the industry needs to support buyers early on with tools that build confidence, financial preparedness and trust over the long term.”
The company’s basic subscription is free and offers first-time buyers a 3% deposit match and 0.67% APY savings account, plus $1,500 in agent and lender fee savings.
The company’s premium “Foyer+” subscription costs $99 per year and offers first-time buyers a 6 percent deposit match, a 3.33 percent APY high-yield savings account, and more than $2,350 in agent and lender savings.
To access a deposit match, homebuyers must be a first-time buyer, speak to a home advisor, and have a confirmed purchase contract.
Prosperity Home Mortgage said the partnership reaffirms the lender’s commitment to expanding access to homeownership.
Justin Messer | Prosperity Mortgage
“At Prosperity, we believe responsible access to homeownership starts with preparation, especially when the down payment remains one of the biggest challenges for many first-time buyers,” Justin Messer, president and CEO of Prosperity Home Mortgage, said in a statement.
“By partnering with Foyer, we are expanding the resources available to help prospective homebuyers build consistent savings habits and strengthen their long-term preparedness. Features like Savings Match will help accelerate progress toward down payment goals, helping more consumers in more communities enter the housing market with confidence and success.”
Foyer was founded in the fall of 2023 and raised $6.2 million in a funding round in early 2025. Over 20,000 homebuyers are currently using the platform.
