Eve here. This article presents sub-insights into dramatic statistics with Israeli vessel boarding in Sumud Gaza relief efforts, but downplays what will happen next. Israel says that the individuals they capture will be charged in Israeli courts. At the very least, that means being beaten in an Israeli prison. They acted as Hamas collaborators, and could expect a kind of rough handling that has been repeatedly dispersed by human rights groups. The leading Israeli human rights group says conditions within Israeli prisons, which hold Palestinian detainees, are torture-rich.
The B-Selem report entitled “Welcome to Hell” contains testimonies from 55 recently released Palestinian detainees. This points to a dramatic deterioration in conditions within prisons since the start of the Gaza War 10 months ago.

Italy’s Laganest Union, which has over 5.5 million workers, stranded the general strike on Friday in solidarity with the global SUMUD SUMUD FLOTILLA.
And the small Italian union says it will be taking part in the CGIL general strike.

Israel intercepted several boats from Sumud Flotilla, the world seeking to bring humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip late Wednesday, creating rage and displays of solidarity from around the world.
“History is on the side of the fleet,” said Jeremy Corbyn, former British Labour leader of Parliament Lemar Lema. “And their courage will only harm people to participate in our global movement for Palestine.”
The Turkish Foreign Ministry described interception as “terrorist law… targeting civilians who act peacefully.”
Hundreds of raging protesters gathered outside Israeli consultations in Barcelona. Similar scenes have occurred in other cities around the world, such as Istanbul and Brussels.

The Guardian reported that the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) had boarded at least two ships. Live streams from the fleet showed signals from the boat after the fleet was salauzed by more than 20 Israeli naval vessels and then the boat went dark.
According to news from the drop site, editor Alex Atson reports from one of the ships – k midnight local time, at least six boats from Frother were interpolated and boarded the IDF.
Since midnight, one sailor shared in a live stream that Israeli ships were spraying water cannons on fleet boats. By 1am, the stream was showing only Meteque. There, the sailors held Esir’s hand over his head as the IDF ordered the engine to be stopped.
As Israeli forces ordered the engines to be stopped from the Gaza coast at about 1am on October 2, 2025, Metek’s sailors, a bose with the world’s Smood fleet, held their hands above their heads.
Previous videos from Flotilla activists show the moment when Brazilian organizer Thiago Avila Rickarded to a message from an IDF soldier who appointed Flotilla to turn it into Arund.
“You’re in an active war zone,” the soldier can be heard saying about the intercom. “If you attempt to violate a Navy blockade, we will act to stop your ship and confiscate it through legal proceedings in court.”
In response, Avila honesed the interim measures of the International Court of Justice on Gaza and the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Avila asked the Israeli army to “stop,” “do not commit another war crime,” and “not engage in the peaceful, non-violent humanitarian solidarity mission for the Palestinians in Gaza.”

Flotilla’s more than 40 civilian ships carry hundreds of humanitarians, journalists and other notable figures from dozens of countries around the world. They include Mandra Mandela, the grandson of late South African President Nelson Mandela. American actress Susan Sarandon. Former Barcelona mayor Ada Kollow. and several other European politicians.
In another video, one of Flotilla’s most famous participants, 22-year-old Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg, is in custody by IDF soldiers.

Sails from Barcelona’s fleet have brought you a massive amount of starvation in response to entering Gaza in response to Israel’s near-illegal blockade of illegal humanitarian aid. A group of UN experts warned in early Sepanners that Israel’s attempts to stop ships from providing assistance would “constituently constitute a serious violation of international law and humanitarian principles.”
Members of the fleet, a journey to Gaza, faced the threat of numbers from the Israeli government, sought to smear their humanitarian mission as an effort to advance the agenda from Hamas.
Last week, while still off the coast of Grese, the fleet flocked with drones and was attacked with hand-rena bullets from flash vans believed to have been launched by Israel, which has a history of targeting such missions. The attack initially led the Italian and Spanish governments to send naval ships to protect the fleet, but as the boats approached Gaza, they then returned.
Israel’s actions against the global Samudflyra follow the intercept of multiple Free Fleet Union boats bound by Gaza earlier this year. “Once again demonstrated that Israel’s occupation would become the Palestinian people,” Edward Ahmed Mitchell, deputy executive secretary of the Council on US and Islamic Relations, said Wednesday.
“All countries that pay lip service to international law should condemn this gal attack on the global smooth freeta and take steps to forcibly defeat the siege of Gaza,” he argued. “Even if their citizens risked their lives and limbs to stop it, in the case of Western countries that continued to genocide incompetent Israel, the effects of anti-parassin racism and anti-Palestinian lobby groups clearly explain their continued accomplice.”
“We praise the participants in the fleet for their courage,” he added.
