Douglas Elliman – The luxury real estate brokerage shares rose about 1% after Reuters reported that Wall Street observers were investigating alleged insider trading activities related to a failed bid to take over the company. The probe is still in its early stages, the report said. Microsoft – Shares fell 1% after a technology company admitted in a blog post that existing chip cooling methods would cap the growth of AI fuels in its business over the next few years. The company also recently shared that it tested a new method of cooling silicon chips using microfluids. Nvidia – AI Chip Darling stocks rose 0.6%, rebounding from a loss of nearly 3% in the previous day’s trading.
