Amy Bernstein: Hello, this is Amy Bernstein.
Amy Gallo: And I’m Amy Gallo.
Amy Bernstein: Starting March 10th, Amy G and I wanted to announce that we will become more stable in your life. After 10 seasons of the show, we switch to a new schedule and release episodes every Monday.
Amy Gallo: That means more episodes that stimulate reflexes and growth. More practical advice. And many of the insights and stories you told us make you feel seen and supported in your career.
Amy Bernstein: When so many norms and values are being challenged, we continue to focus on the skills and actions that reinforce the organization and its people.
Amy Gallo: We hear new episodes from the Essentials. The series covers skills such as strategic negotiation, building trust and repairing it. Next in that series, the listener and I will interview the professor about how to ask a purposeful question.
Amy Bernstein: You will hear new episodes from leaders and experienced leaders that I have interviewed with experts and experienced leaders, such as negotiating and implementing strategies for your team.
Amy Gallo: Then, the tension, power dynamics, and the nature of conflict doesn’t make it easy, so we’ll regain a place that teaches you how to deal with different types of difficult people.
Amy Bernstein: And every few months, I will devote an episode of “Ask Amy” to questions from you. So, if something is eating you or you are confused, give us a try.
Amy Gallo: We also revisit the show’s early standout episodes, updating them with fresh perspectives and latest research findings.
Amy Bernstein: And of course, we will continue to create classic women’s episodes at work, understand your experience, chase what you need and want to do your best work.
Amy Gallo: No matter what’s going on in the world, we still have decisions that we have decisions, grasping, and ambitions to pursue.
So follow the show now, and Amy B and I will be back on your feed next Monday!
