Charlton ranks in the top 28% for undergraduate business programs
College of Business receives fourth-highest ranking among public business schools in New England
U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 College Rankings ranked Charlton College of Business 147th out of 532 eligible U.S. institutions for “Best Undergraduate Business Program.”
This places Charlton College in the top 28% of undergraduate business programs in the United States, an increase of 48 spots in the rankings since 2020. Among public universities, Charlton University is the second-highest ranked business school in Massachusetts, tied with the University of Maine. The University of Rhode Island and the University of Vermont are the fourth highest ranked business schools in New England.
According to U.S. News, the “Best Undergraduate Business Programs” rankings are based on a peer review survey among universities offering business programs accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Globally, less than 6% of universities with business degree programs are AACSB accredited.
CCB’s online undergraduate programs are also highly regarded, ranking 10th in the nation and 2nd among all New England institutions, both public and private. The School of Business’ online graduate programs also rank in the top 27% for both MBA (86/352) and Master of Business programs (60/222).
