I don’t know about you, but I think if I had a twin to help me with my projects and plans, not only would it be a huge help, but I would be able to spend more quality time educating my clients. , this is the basis of my exploration method.
Advances in artificial intelligence have been lightning fast, and now AI can not only write and plan, but also clone our voices and likenesses. This means that if used correctly, you can create the twins you have always dreamed of. you and your business.
In this article, I’ll introduce you to one of the AI tools I’ve been experimenting with. I created a clone of myself so I can create fast, professional content for marketing and client education. The ethical side of this equation is troubling.
Note: This technology basically makes my most personal intellectual property accessible online, making it vulnerable to hacking, hijacking, and probably about 99 other nightmare scenarios I haven’t even dreamed of yet. I know that I am taking a risk by allowing myself to be subject to this. Use this technology with caution. It is not a long-term or full-time content solution or a replacement for your honest, authentic self.
Creating an AI twin
With so many new tools emerging, it can be difficult to narrow down which tools to try, especially since most require subscription fees and can add up quickly while in the sandbox. did. My criteria were simple. It’s affordable, incredibly easy to use, and looks so much like your closest friend that you can’t tell it’s an AI. It’s not difficult at all, right?
The tool I came up with was captions. The tool is video-first and I created a simple script to capture my likeness in the same way. From there, I was able to generate my twins, or in my case multiple AI siblings. Then you can use other tools to edit, write scripts, and create fast and simple videos. This is for short video creation and is perfect for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Reels.
I chose the Max plan which costs $24.99 per month. I found the dashboard and user interface to be very intuitive. There are built-in instructions for the first project, so I didn’t have to watch any tutorial videos to know what I was doing. I have video and social media creation skills. Beginners may find this unintuitive and may need to move slowly while learning “how to ride this bike” to get good results.
But how true is that?
I’m going to give this an “inside the ballpark” rating. My closest friends didn’t get it, but my friend who regularly edits videos and socials was able to figure out all the “AI” stuff. The same goes for ChatGPT. Most human writers and media professionals can tell the difference between AI and the “real thing.”
This quality was good enough for me as a short educational moment and a great tool for building relationships with potential customers I haven’t met in person yet. Again, my mantra for 2025 is to find ways to use new technologies to replace tired social media content and practices, and to expand our digital footprint with less effort and more. It’s about finding a way to be consistent.
My biggest problem was the lip syncing. It seemed a little off. This wasn’t all that important to me because of automated subtitles and growing data that many people watch social media videos without sound.
Pro Tip: Hiring a professional videographer will give you better and more meaningful results. I think you definitely get what you pay for here.
5 short video ideas to connect with your audience
The key to these tools is to use them effectively to connect with niche segments of your audience that don’t necessarily have the time. These tools should also be used for lighter, more positive and uplifting content messaging, as AI twins lack the emotional spectrum for sensitive or serious topics.
seasonal intro
You can create a fun weekly message and use it as a hook to engage your audience. Mention something timely, seasonal, or even a fun fact. You can link or embed these in social, prospect emails, and even text messages if you have permission to contact them.
FAQ
Using these tools to create a database of resources to answer frequently asked questions can save you a lot of time when dealing with and educating your clients.
call to action
Do you have a new listing? Do you have a buyer looking for a specific area? Is there a local community event or charity message you need to share? Here’s how to break away from just static template graphic posts. Here’s a great way to do it.
local knowledge experts
Videos that share facts about your community and different locations can help you develop your reputation as an expert in local knowledge of the areas you work with clients. You might be surprised at how much local content you can create when you start brainstorming simple facts about your hometown that only locals know.
busting myths
This is one of my personal favorites. It’s a fun way to establish yourself as a professional expert, but it also helps prospects and clients understand common real estate myths, dispel rumors, and ease fears.
Remember, it’s important not to be on a mission to prove your prospects wrong or preach to them. Still, it should be your mission to make sure you provide them with the best resources and education for their family and personal real estate journey so they can make the best choices that lead to positive outcomes.
Let’s use our twins for good, not evil.
With great advances in technology comes great responsibility. We cannot ignore the fact that deepfakes and even dangerous pornographic AI tools exist and have the power to ruin people’s lives and reputations.
We also can’t ignore the fact that we can’t give AI complete control of our business. Because it goes against the purpose of carving your own path to success as an individual. Besides, I’ve seen the movie and I don’t like the way it ended.
Finally, do not create AI caricatures of people without their written permission. Note that for legal purposes, the use of AI tools to vet business prospects is still subject to many of the consumer regulations set forth by the FCC regarding consumer solicitations.
We must keep humans in the housing industry because we are champions of building homes, communities, and businesses for real people, not AI. Have fun with AI Twin. But remember, as Cora (who recently caused controversy with its own AI-generated content) has been telling us for decades, nothing beats the real thing.
