Washington DC resident Omar Resid is still in his early 20s and has built a successful business through video and social media. You can’t make a list of people to follow on Instagram without including Tom Ferry. His 300,000+ followers are a testament to the fact that he is a coach and industry leader who does more than tell agents they should deliver value to their clients. He leads by example and consistently brings value to his agents.
